Congee

To cook delicious Cantonese congee, the key point is to cook a wok of good congee; the cooked rice should be aromatic and smooth. There are various ingredients for Cantonese congee, such as pork, preserved egg, beef, sliced fish, blood jelly, threadlike squid, pig skin and so on. While the most important thing is to use fresh ingredients, only doing so, the freshness of such ingredients can be maintained.

When talking about traditional snacks of congee shops, traditional Chinese crisps are definitely the representatives. Examples are twisted doughnut, ox tongue crisp, spicy doughnut and deep fried sesame balls. All of them are fine and crispy. Drinks

No matter what season it is, soya bean milk is the best choice of healthy drinks. We select non- genetically modified soya beans from Canada. After grinding and filtering the soya beans for several times, and a two-hour cooking process at low temperature, the soya bean milk tastes rich and smooth. Soya bean milk contains high value of nutrition as soya beans provide calcium, protein and iron that our body needs. It helps to prevent heart and loose bone diseases if regularly consume.

 

Dessert

Chinese sweet soups look ordinary, but they are very healthy for our body. We provide red bean soup, mung bean soup and mushy ground sesame(Winter Special). You can also choose a mixture of two of them.
